At Paxora, he draws on this cross-sector experience to drive business development, operational execution, and strategic growth initiatives for founders and investors.
Tyler McGee

Tyler has a background in M&A, private equity consulting, and operational leadership across sectors such as energy, SaaS, and government contracting. He brings a hands-on, strategic approach to helping companies scale, combining deep experience in capital formation and JV structuring with a strong operator mindset to unlock long-term value for clients. Nic comes to Paxora as an experienced attorney and strategic advisor to high-growth businesses and venture-backed startups. As a previous shareholder at Jacobsen Orr, Nic handled complex commercial litigation and advised municipal and corporate clients across industries such as real estate, insurance, energy, and construction.
